Mahmudul Hassan is a lecturer in the Department of English at BGC Trust University Bangladesh, with research interests in second language acquisition, language teaching methodologies, and the use of technology in language learning. He obtained his bachelor's degree in English from the University of Chittagong and completed a one-year master's program in English at the same university. Additionally, he attended Illinois State University as an exchange student for one semester. He has published two articles in 2022, including a critical review of Krashen's Monitor Model in L2 Acquisition and an investigation into the use of blogs for teaching writing courses to undergraduates. He teaches a diverse range of courses such as literature, linguistics, and applied linguistics. Besides his academic pursuits, he is an accomplished debater and has represented his university both nationally and internationally.
