Soma Dey is an Assistant Professor of Department of Business Administration at BGC Trust University Bangladesh , Chattogram . Before that she served as a Lecturer at the same Department. She has expertise in the field of Principles of Accounting, Cost Accounting, Advanced Cost Accounting, Managerial Accounting, Advanced Management Accounting, Financial Accounting, and Auditing. She received her BBA (Hons) and MBA in Accounting and Information System from the University of Chittagong . Her research interests include but are not limited to Earning Management , Managerial Accounting, Cost Accounting, Human Resource Accounting, Corporate Social Responsibility, Corporate Governance, etc. She is the author of several journals. She has published eight peer-reviewed articles in different journals.
